Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Indoors

For your convenience, this 3-storey house is served by an interior lift. There are also external staircases.
The ground floor comprises a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen, utility room and WC.
The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, while the 2nd floor has the last bedroom of the house (with bathroom).

Outdoors

You can take advantage of the pleasant outdoor areas with shaded terrace, swimming pool (5.5 x 2m - Depth: 0.4 to 1.4m), petanque area and vegetable garden.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Security system for the pool
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 1.43 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, beaucoup trop court à mon goût mais ce n'est que partie remise ! un grand merci à nos hôtes qui sont charmants, accueillants et à notre écoute, la demeure entre mer et montagne qui semble sortir d'un siècle de sommeil est tout simplement splendide, l'endroit est idyllique, sa rénovation allie modernité, charme de l'ancien et authenticité, un grand bravo !
Nous avons tout adoré, la vue époustouflante, la beauté et le calme des lieux, le confort et l'équipement, la décoration, la gentillesse des hôtes, la proximité de Propriano des magnifiques plages du Valinco et de ses nombreuses activités.
Il est certain que nous reviendrons, merci beaucoup de nous avoir fait rêvé.

Dès l'arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous comme si nous connaissions déjà
l'endroit, comme si nous arrivions dans notre maison de famille avec nos enfants et que notre cousine nous attendait pour nous accueillir avec un sourire franc et vrai!
Le cadre est exceptionnel, comme coupé du monde, une vue a 360° sur la nature et la mer, on a l'impression d'avoir privatisé la colline !
Le mobilier et la décoration ont été choisis avec gout et d'une qualité supérieure, alliant le charme de l'ancien avec tout le confort du moderne, un vrai écrin de luxe et de beauté.
Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous réunir avec votre famille ou vos amis qui est paisible, raffiné et luxueux, ne cherchez plus ! C'est le lieu idéal !

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse.
La maison est incroyable et l environnement magnifique.
La maison est très bien équipée et permet de passer des vacances de rêve!
La literie est ultra confortable la climatisation dans toutes les pièces ...télévision connectée
Une maison pour les amoureux de la nature, et de la détente... À quelques pas des plus belles plages de Corse...
Bravo pour la déco digne des plus grands magazines ....Merci pour l'accueil
que les propriétaires nous ont réservé ... plein de petites attentions à notre arrivée ...
Une adresse qu'il faut garder!
