Villa Noelani is located at the end of the hamlet of Ortinola, on the hills surrounding the village of Centuri (4 km and 5 minutes by car), one of the most beautiful fishing ports of Cap Corse. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this 18th century mansion can accommodate up to 12 people. It is a perfect venue for a wonderful holiday in Corsica.

Note : 2 of the bedrooms are more suitable as children's bedrooms.
Indoors
This house was completely restored in 2008, using the finest decorative materials. For example, all the floors in the ground floor living areas are made with waxed concrete.
With a surface area of around 350 m² (plus 100 m² of fitted basements and cellars), the villa offers pleasant interiors with a charming decoration.
On the ground floor, you will appreciate the beautiful entrance hall (with staircase leading to the first floor, access to the dining room and the living room), the beautiful 40 m² living room with fireplace, the office (with ADSL internet access, with usable wifi from the adjoining rooms), the TV/reading room, the large and fully equipped kitchen/dining room of 60 m² (with stone vault and large fireplace), as well as 3 bedrooms.
On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom of 35 m² (with fireplace, balcony, sea and garden view, king size bed, black tadelack bathtub and washbasin integrated in the dry stone wall), a spacious en-suite shower room in grey tadelack, the other two bedrooms of the villa, as well as a secured terrace with view on the surrounding mountains, the hamlet and the sea.
The basements have a gym and a laundry room (with freezer, washing machine and dryer).
Outdoors
The property has a beautiful terraced garden of 6,000 m² with sea views. It consists of several grassy terraces with trees, on one of which is the swimming pool (20 x 4m - depth: 1.7m). The pool, which is secured by an automatic roller shutter, has a hydrolysis water treatment system and offers a superb 180 degree view of the sea.
You can also enjoy the beautiful and comfortable pool house. This area has a kitchen area and a plancha.
The shaded lawned garden adjacent to the house is perfect for outdoor dining. It has an outdoor table for 16 people and a direct access to the kitchen/dining room.

The price includes the final cleaning.
An intermediate cleaning during the stay (not included in the price) is compulsory and must be added.

The position of the villa will allow you to take advantage of the wild Corsican Cape, the charming villages of the surroundings such as Centuri port, Cannelle, Canari, Barrettali...
You will also be able to enjoy pleasant bathing in the neighbouring rivers, as in Nonza for example.
